D10s are a blasphemy against nature. D20 0-9 FOREVER! D10 dice were not originally part of the set, that D20 is actually 1-10 twice. For a D20, you rolled the d20/0-9 die and a d6. If the d6 was 1-3, then you read it as 1-10, if the d6 was 4-6, you read it as 11-20. So a natural 20 would be a D6=3-6 and D20=0.
